Public listings are the tail, not the head. By the time an asset carries a “For Sale” sign, its most qualified buyers have already seen it, priced it, and passed. What remains is the residue — marketed to the widest audience, at the least advantageous moment.
Once price becomes public, negotiation leverage erodes. Sellers anchor to the list. Buyers anchor to the list. A week of marketing can compress years of private positioning into a number that serves no one.
The true opportunities move earlier — captain-to-owner, owner-to-owner, family-office-to-family-office. The introduction precedes the listing. Often, the listing never happens.

A confidential conversation — not a form. We document the principal's objective, constraints, calendar, and discretion envelope. No inventory is shown.

One to three qualifying options are presented with an honest read on availability, condition, and seller motivation. If nothing qualifies, we say so.
