Founder & Principal
Shannon Allen operates at the apex of the superyacht market and the intersection of luxury maritime, strategic advisory, and international market access. A consistent presence on the international yacht show circuit — Monaco, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Amsterdam — she has built a network that spans shipyards, family offices, sovereign buyers, and specialist manufacturers across four continents.
Her transaction work includes anchoring the sale of a 53-metre Damen Yachting Explorer — one of the most distinctive explorer yacht platforms in the market. Her network reaches into the specialist tier: advocating Triton Submersibles to Ares Yachting in Turkey, operating as an approved corporate partner with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and maintaining active relationships with the principals who acquire and operate at the highest level.
As a U.S.–Saudi Expansion Architect, Shannon works with founders, family offices, and operators who require trusted, discreet access to Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC under Vision 2030. Her book, Before Saudi Says Yes, is a field manual for operators entering the Kingdom.
