For Members

Obsidian

Sovereign-grade concierge. By invitation only.

You are past the point where asking is useful. Obsidian is the altitude where receiving happens by default.

$250,000/ year

Capped at 50 seats globally. 3 allocated this year.

The problem

At a certain point, choice itself becomes the friction.

You are not trying to find a yacht. You are trying to not be interrupted. You are not asking for a villa. You are asking for the three hours of Saturday afternoon you did not have to coordinate. You are not shopping a chef. You are declining a meeting so someone else can decide. Obsidian exists because the membership model that worked at $25K or $50K breaks at your altitude. You do not need more service. You need the friction to disappear entirely.

The reframe

Obsidian is not the highest tier of Elegasea. It is its own product.

Members are paired with a dedicated sovereign-grade concierge team — not one operator, a team — who cross-match across yacht, jet, residence, chef, charter, security, and protocol. You receive quarterly anonymised demand-signal briefings drawn from the entire global member base, first-refusal on Enterprise allocations, and direct access to the orchestration layer. Fifty seats exist. They will never exist in greater quantity.

What you receive

The stack, in full.

01

Sovereign-level logistics orchestration

A team, not a person. Trained in protocol, security, and multi-asset choreography. Handles compound movements the way a private office handles calendars.

02

Yacht, jet, and residence cross-matching

A single brief yields a coordinated answer: the aircraft, the charter, the villa, the chef, the private beach, the protocol detail. All of it.

03

Quarterly anonymised demand-signal briefings

What the network is seeing — travel patterns, inventory movement, category trends — delivered to you ahead of publication. Intelligence, not marketing.

04

First-refusal on Enterprise allocations

When sovereign-scale assets enter the network — a stadium box, a yacht flotilla week, a private island block — Obsidian sees them first.

05

Direct line to Elegasea leadership

For anything the concierge tier cannot unlock, you escalate once, to a named principal, with a direct phone line.

06

Global capacity: 50 seats

Permanently capped. The scarcity is engineered, not marketed — it is the only way to protect delivery at this altitude.

The math

Obsidian does not compete with other services. It competes with your own calendar.

The question is not whether $250,000 is a reasonable fee — it is whether removing an entire category of coordination from your life is worth $20,000 a month. For members who have reached this altitude, the answer is almost always yes, and the usual reaction after year one is that they should have joined sooner.

Current Obsidian members: 3 of 50 allocated this year

Median hours of coordination removed per year: 180+

Member renewal rate: 100% since Obsidian launched

The first 30 days

Your dedicated team is assembled, personally introduced, and briefed. Your household logistics, protocol preferences, and calendar are integrated. A private audit of your next 12 months is delivered — what to book now, what to hold, and what to let the network handle entirely on your behalf.

Why now

Obsidian is not sold. It is granted.

The 50-seat cap is not a marketing device. It is a hard constraint of the service model — any more and the team cannot deliver the experience that justifies the fee. Seats vacate only on non-renewal, and non-renewal is rare. If you have been sent here, you are being told the door is open. It may not be next year.

Risk reversal

Obsidian members receive the first 60 days as a probationary period. If the service does not meet the standard you were promised, you exit with a full refund and no reputational footprint in the network.

You have been invited.

Obsidian is by direct invitation only. Use your allocation code or request a confidential introduction through the principal who referred you.
