Members are paired with a dedicated sovereign-grade concierge team — not one operator, a team — who cross-match across yacht, jet, residence, chef, charter, security, and protocol. You receive quarterly anonymised demand-signal briefings drawn from the entire global member base, first-refusal on Enterprise allocations, and direct access to the orchestration layer. Fifty seats exist. They will never exist in greater quantity.

Obsidian is not sold. It is granted.
The 50-seat cap is not a marketing device. It is a hard constraint of the service model — any more and the team cannot deliver the experience that justifies the fee. Seats vacate only on non-renewal, and non-renewal is rare. If you have been sent here, you are being told the door is open. It may not be next year.
Risk reversal
Obsidian members receive the first 60 days as a probationary period. If the service does not meet the standard you were promised, you exit with a full refund and no reputational footprint in the network.
